Mighty Networks

This is the platform we use for hosting the community.  In here you can chat with RTS Coaches, RTS Lifters, and other members of the training lab.  We encourage discussion here about all things powerlifting.  This is a great place to troubleshoot and engage in various training dialogue.  This video will show you more about the Mighty Networks platform.

Office Hours

Office hours is a great way to get personalized support from RTS Coaches and our industry experts.  These are live calls that allow for the support to progress in a more conversational manner.  This ensures more personalized suggestions to support your efforts in training and/or coaching.  Watch this video to learn more about office hours.  

 

Office Hour Recordings

All office hours are recording and are available for play back.  You can go back to the beginning of the RTS Training Lab and watch any off them.  Here's more on how to find those replays.

 

Program Builder & Library

The program builder and library are key components to the RTS Training Lab.Ā  Learning the ins and out of theĀ software will help you get the most out of this service.Ā  In this video, we're going to show you just how to do that! Here is a link to the Program Library Summaries.

Monitor Training

We've put together several tools that will help coaches and lifters monitor their training.  Watching for trends and tracking useful data is an important part of writing individualized training.  In this video we're going to show you some of those features.
